Established in 2017 with a mission to educate and sharing knowledge with the consumers in Malaysia to be wise yet vigilant, PPIM is an NGO that has been receiving thousands of consumer reports from the simplest to life-threatening issues. In a high capitalist society, each and every one of us is a consumer that may not be fully aware of our rights and protection available governing the consumer’s interest. Individuals may be scammed via phantom calls or even by unfulfilled agreements offered by well-known service providers.
PPIM has been receiving hundreds of reports from multiracial consumers, consumers with different backgrounds and education levels due to the inconsolable issues that they deemed as dead ends. To ensure that the information/awareness of consumer rights are being heard by the public, respective governing bodies and stakeholders, our strategy includes:-
Organizing a consistent consumer awareness campaign to curb the alarming current issues.
To nurture our consumer and society of their rights and workaround of their issues and to be mindful of any suspicious occurrence.
Blasting out campaigns to the targeted audience that are prone to encounter any unprecedented situation.
